“The final report summarizes study findings and offers insights into the information habits of child welfare professionals who work in state and local child welfare agencies, with tribes, and in courts, and highlights how technology is informing their practice. The accompanying executive summary was developed for child welfare professionals to help these stakeholders formulate strategies and policies that make it easier for the child welfare workforce to access and use information. These resources are now available through the Children’s Bureau website.
National Child Welfare Information Study Public Dataset – The response data from the survey, with identifying information removed, is now available through the National Data Archive on Child Abuse and Neglect. The data may be useful to technical assistance providers seeking to disseminate information to this audience, people responsible for managing and directing child welfare organizations, and other researchers who can use the data for additional exploration on these topics.”
