The Tribal Law and Policy Institute held a working-group meeting to gather information on tribal and state court collaborations. This report presents the findings from that meeting, with recommendations for training and technical assistance provisions as well as insights into strategies that could be utilized by governments, agencies, and organizations to support tribal and state court collaborations and the resolutions of challenges faced.
