This report summarizes findings from an environmental scan about practices and programs addressing trauma and related behavioral health needs among American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) youth. The report includes descriptions of trauma-informed and trauma-specific interventions, common elements of behavioral health programs targeted to help AI/AN youth, and issues concerning evidence-based and community-based interventions in Tribal communities.
